-Analyse their strengths and weaknesses.

-Demonstrate your strategic position in relation to them.

Market Analysis0-15 points

-Identify the targeted market and the business potential.

-Analyse and describe the clientele.

The Marketing Plan0-15 points

-Define marketing objectives.

-Describe promotional strategies.

-Submit sales previsions and projections.

The Management Plan0-5 points

-Define the management role and assign responsibilities.

-Determine the skills necessary to a good performance.
