-Demonstrate your strategic position in relation to them.

-Identify the targeted market and the business potential.

-Analyse and describe the clientele.

-Define marketing objectives.

-Describe promotional strategies.

-Submit sales previsions and projections.

-Define the management role and assign responsibilities.

-Determine the skills necessary to a good performance.

-Propose a plan for the acquisition of qualified personnel or the acquisition of the necessary skills by the actual personnel.

-Present the launch costs.

-Prepare a list of financial sources.

-Submit a report of projected financial flow, potential losses, eventual earnings and treasury needs for each month.
